So what are the rules at TAA?

What is the field limit for airsoft guns?
The limit is 300fps with .25g bb's.
This is roughly equal to 334fps with .20g bb's but can vary due to barrel length.
What type of ammo are we allowed to use?
TAA is an airsoft facility so only airsoft bb's of the 6mm and 8mm variety. The weight of the bb is up to you after we've verified the muzzle velocity with .25g bb's.
No marking bb's are allowed.
Do you do repairs and upgrades? If so, how long does it take?
Yes, we do repairs and upgrades. Turn around time is generally a week but sometimes it can be longer if we need to special order parts.
How many airsoft guns can we bring with us on the field?
As many as you can carry.
Can we use propane?
No propane is not allowed. Since the facility is indoors, propane stinks up the whole place and does not go away very easily.
Can I use my C02 gun?
In most cases you can not. C02 guns generally shoot too hot with a new cartridge.
Can I play just using wearing a balaclava and goggles?
No you can not. You must wear hard protection for your face.
Can you give me a list of all your airsoft guns and prices?
I'm sorry but we can't do this due to our stock constantly changing according to availablity and attempting to carry the newest best stuff we can get our hands on.
Do I need a team to come and play?
No you don't need a team. Come on in and we'll put you on a team with a mixture of new and experienced players.
Does it hurt?
Yes it does. It hurts a bit less than paintball but it still stings. Probably about the same amount of pain as someone snapping your skin with a rubber band.
What should I wear?
The best thing to wear is something like kakhi loose pants, light jacket and gloves. BDU's are even better.
How do I set up a private game/party?
Email us at TacticalAirsoftArena@gmail.com. The fee is $350 for 4 hours plus an additional $5 for each rental required. A $100 deposit is required to reserve TAA.
I'm under 18. Can my older brother/sister sign the waiver for me?
No they can not. Your parent or guardian must sign the waiver.
Do you do upgrades / downgrades of airsoft guns?
Yes we do. The basic bench fee for opening and closing a mech box is $40. If you purchase an airsoft replica from us and you'd like it downgraded to be field legal, we charge a courtesy fee of only $20 for the service. Otherwise the fee is a standard $40 plus the cost of whatever parts are needed.
Can I use and M203 grenade launcher? If not, why not?
No. M203's with or without launchers are not allowed to be used at TAA. Since when did anyone need a grenade launcher inside a building?
Can I use my fake knife/bayonet for knife kills at TAA?
No you can not. Airsoft is about shooting. Dummy knives are for hand to hand combat. We can train you in that but it is not airsoft.
