Current high-cycle setup, SP-85 spring on a 8 gram piston, 13:1 gears set, 9.6v on a mosfet and a mid torque motor firing at 280fps at 26 RPS. Does this seem typical? Seems like a high cycle TM Mp5 but the fact im using a 9.6 and not a 8.4. but the motor i have is for torque so i think thats whats killing my ROF. ive ordered a SHS high speed NEO motor that should amp this past 35 RPS. Any ideas or problems i might run in to? Im trying not to use high volt for longer (cooler temp) firing.

The TM High Cycle MP5 is like short-stroked, so if correct then I think that's would explain the difference between yours and that.

You may run into feeding issues. What material is your air nozzle (plastic or metal)? If it is metal, you will start chopping the bbs. I suggest getting a ported cylinder if you haven't done so already. Is your piston metal toothed, plastic, or a hybrid?  If you want it all to run smoothly, then you will need to make sure your AoE (angle of engagement) is in the ideal position.

You will run into a ton of issues, both feeding and gear related.

If you are comfortable with breaking parts, stripping pistons, and spending money then I would say go ahead and install them.

Yeah from what ive heard dual sector gears destroy parts and cost alot to mantain.  oh and to the other post im using only plastic nozzles to prevent chopping, also im using a plastic piston so its light weight with a ported cylieder (single sided). and my mags are king arms 100rd mid caps. they outdo all my other mags. no missfeeds yet. 3000rds later
