OK I'm new to the sport but I want to get a mid to high grade gun because I want fire power as well as reliabilty. Right now the top 3 manufactures that were mentioned to me were Tokyo Marui (TM), H&K, and G&G. I'm in the market for a CQB weapon and I've also seen AGM and VFC. Advice and opinions would be appreciated as this is an expensive purchase ($250-$350)

Tms are great... but they cost quite a lot for their new series i think they are around like 400+ for their high cycle series and some even have a cool recoil system they are super cool and TM is known for having the best quality meaning your gun will last "forever".and i would avoid clones like AGM because their is no quality control in chinese manufacturer's  the other companys g&g ,vfc, and h&k are great. but i think vfc and h&k's shoot to hot out of the box. but g&g has a few guns great for cqb. and have "legendary" plastic for revently cheap at around 140$ but sadly it does not include batt or charger. but does include 1k of bbs. But as for vfc and h&k im pretty sure you might not find something under 300.. and as for TM's i think they discontinued their normal AEG's because of their new high cylce series and recoil series but people on the forums might sell em for pretty cheap. But nevertheless if you can find a tm they shoot great. and last forever. and is worth the money

yea i personally own a tm g36 and tm hi capa. they're great. but sadly i think you wont find their normal aegs in stock or even any aeg's you might find a AEP but its probaly because the retailers in US dont get to many i would reccomend looking on asian based sights like ehobbyasia.com or redwolfairsoft.com or just go to TAA they will show you the basics

oh yea some guy on the forums (flea market section) is sellign a TM ak for 120 with a Flash mag which are hella cool, but i dont think hes including a battery but you can get a good battery and smart charger for around 50$

Did you mean H&K?  I do believe H&K is a real firearm company and not an airsoft replica manufacturer.

If you were thinking H&K-licensed products, then you need to keep in mind the actual OEM.  For example, the H&K / Umarex licensed blowback AEG G36 series are by ARES.

Yes H&K, There was a guy playing there that had a M or G36 (I believe) that had H&K stamped on it so it was licensed by them.  Is that a good choice as well? Should I be looking for ARES as a manufacture? How is the quality of the guns?

Ares is great and have a cool quick change spring system so all you need is a screw driver to replace your spring, and i also belive they have a lil mosfet built in now, last but not least they range in ur budget the cheapest ares gun is around 250$ its a m4a1. but it does not have H&k trades i belive only the g36's do because they are made by H&k in real steel.
