Tactical Airsoft Arena

My friends and I call it last stand because we would go into teams of 5 or less. Then split up and it was like this. You have one life and you must keep moving non-stop. Once you are shot you leave the battle feild to your spawn and wait till the next round or further instructions. Oh once your last alive on a team you can either coward out and lose or try and clutch but still basic airsoft rules.

The 5-or-less won't work if there's more than 10 people.

For the one-life part, TAA can do that already...game would be like "One-life Elimination".  Unfortunately, that means the people eliminated first may be standing around for more than 20+ minutes doing nothing, kind of wasting their money spent for playing.
