Use the following example sales thread as a guideline on how to formulate your own sales thread. That is not to say that you should copy the format exactly; however, it does entail that you should incorporate the following ideas into your own thread: -General aesthetics and comprehensibility: good spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and diction. The easier your post is to read, the less likely it will be ignored by potential buyers. -Provide your preferred method of contact so there is no confusion on how to reach you. -Format your thread in a concise, precise, and aesthetically pleasing outline format. Provide titles for your products and a brief description for each item. Include information about what is included in the sale, the condition of the item(s), and any other relevant information (i.e., defects/damages, free add-ons, etc). -Follow the rules stated in the sales thread rules section. Always. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ EXAMPLE THREAD STARTS HERE ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hey, folks! 1) Awesome sea turtle with one front fin. RARE! $9001 This guy's a winner--I mean c'mon, he survived a shark attack! If you don't believe that he lacks a fin, check out the shadow! He's a bit old (about 89 years or so) but that just means he's worn in and ready to go. Swims at about 3.52mph under ideal nautical conditions. NO trades. Internals -stock sea turtle internals (gears, cylinder, piston assembly, spring, wiring) -near-perfect shim job for maximum stability -MOLY dry lube-treated --> no need to re-lube.. ever! Externals -stock chitin externals -attachable riding mounts -missing one front fin
